How long does it take to complete an order?

Custom orders take 3–5 business days to process, depending on the item purchased. We also offer express processing with next-day delivery for an additional fee.

Can I inspect the goods before receiving them?

Unfortunately, orders can’t be inspected before delivery, but you may check them upon arrival. If something isn’t right, contact us within 14 days and we’ll help you with a return or exchange.

What should I do if there is a problem with my custom order?

Please email us at info@disciplinedsc.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

How long does shipping usually take?

Standard shipping usually takes 1-5 business days after processing, depending on your location. Express shipping options are also available at checkout.
